Twenty Little Working Girls (TLWG) is Miami's oldest and largest membership service organization founded in 1953. High school girls are proposed for membership based on volunteerism, academics, and willingness to serve the community.  Individual club members annually donate at least twenty community service hours through various opportunities provided by the club.  Additionally, the club hosts activities and social events which enable the members to get to know each other and work on service projects that benefit our community with a diverse group of girls from other local South Florida high schools.
